How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Same day appointments are not available.

For Spiritual Coaching Packages and Intuitive Reading Package you may either schedule weekly recurring appointments or appointments on various days each week.

Will you call me the day of the session/appointment or will I call you?

When scheduling your appointment, select how your appointment will be conducted by either Phone or GoToMeeting. If you do not make a selection how the session will be conducted, it will automatically default to a Phone session.

Coaching and Reading sessions are by TELEPHONE, unless requested by GoToMeeting.

You will call me at 760-814-9324 for a phone reading on the day of your reading session at your appointment time.

You will meet me on the GoToMeeting platform for a GoToMeeting for your reading session at your appointment time. The GoToMeeting url is on the scheduler confirmation and that is emailed to you when you scheduled your appointment.

Please make sure that you provide accurate contact information when booking a coaching session so that Hillary can contact you at your scheduled appointment time for your coaching session, if you are late.

What if I am late to an appointment?

If you are late for an appointment, the appointment length will not be extended to make up for the time missed.

To provide you with as much information as possible, it is imperative that scheduled sessions are attended by you.

What happens if I need to reschedule the appointment or don't show up for our scheduled session/appointment?

A.      RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT AND NO SHOWS. Appointments may only be RESCHEDULED USING THE ONLINE SCHEDULER 48 HOURS OR MORE PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT.

If Client is having problems rescheduling Client’s appointment, please call 760-814-9324 for scheduling help.

If the Client misses any scheduled appointments because the Session or Check In was not rescheduled using the online scheduler at least forty eight (48) hours in advance, the appointment will be lost, and shall neither be replaceable nor shall it roll over or be rescheduled to a later date unless, Client had an emergency and informed the Company as soon as practicable and provides evidence of such emergency, upon request.

If the Client is late to a scheduled appointment, the appointment shall end at its regularly scheduled time, irrespective of the length of the appointment, and will be considered completed.

CLIENT MUST NOT RELY OR BASE ANY OF THEIR DECISIONS OR ACTIONS SOLELY UPON THE SERVICES PROVIDED OR ANY OPINION OR ADVISEMENT PROVIDED BY COMPANY (including all of its representatives, agents, and employees). Client MUST exercise due diligence, for example, obtain legal advice from an attorney, financial advice from a certified public accountant or certified financial advisor, medical or health advice from a medical doctor, and psychological advice from a psychiatrist, medical doctor, and/or psychologist.

B.      Client understands and acknowledges that the Services are not a substitute for, including but not limited to, any of the following: legal, medical, financial, counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care, or health care intervention/ treatment of any kind. Company or any agent/ representative/ employee is not, and does not claim to be, a licensed attorney, accountant, medical or mental health professional. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional or medical doctor, it is Client’s responsibility to consult with that person regarding the Services. If at any time Client feels the need for professional counseling or medical advisement, Client agrees to promptly seek the assistance of a licensed professional. In addition, Client understands that participating in Services includes risks associated with a challenging program of personal or professional development, including the possibility of mental or emotional upset, as well, as any risks that may not be foreseeable at this time. By signing this Agreement and participating in Services, Client freely and voluntarily assumes all such risks. Client further understands and acknowledges that desired or anticipated results may not be achieved, and Client takes full responsibility for their results, personal health, physical health, financials, well-being, actions, and/or decisions. COMPANY AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES MAKE NO GUARANTEE, REPRESENTATION, OR WARRANTY AS TO ANY RESULTS OR OUTCOMES THAT CLIENT MAY ATTAIN THROUGH SERVICES. FURTHERMORE, COMPANY AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF RESULTS OR OUTCOMES OF ANY TYPE.
