Coaching and Reading sessions are by TELEPHONE, unless requested by GoToMeeting.
You will call me at 760-814-9324 for a phone reading on the day of your reading session at your appointment time.
You will meet me on the GoToMeeting platform for a GoToMeeting for your reading session at your appointment time. The GoToMeeting url is on the scheduler confirmation and that is emailed to you when you scheduled your appointment.
Please make sure that you provide accurate contact information when booking a coaching session so that Hillary can contact you at your scheduled appointment time for your coaching session, if you are late.
A. RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT AND NO SHOWS. Appointments may only be RESCHEDULED USING THE ONLINE SCHEDULER 48 HOURS OR MORE PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT.
If Client is having problems rescheduling Client’s appointment, please call 760-814-9324 for scheduling help.
If the Client misses any scheduled appointments because the Session or Check In was not rescheduled using the online scheduler at least forty eight (48) hours in advance, the appointment will be lost, and shall neither be replaceable nor shall it roll over or be rescheduled to a later date unless, Client had an emergency and informed the Company as soon as practicable and provides evidence of such emergency, upon request.
If the Client is late to a scheduled appointment, the appointment shall end at its regularly scheduled time, irrespective of the length of the appointment, and will be considered completed.
DISCLAIMER/CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY. Client understands and accepts that nothing in this Agreement and nothing in statements by Company (including all of its representatives, agents, and employees) to Client or any other person will be construed as (i) a promise or guarantee of any outcome whatsoever and/or (ii) an assurance that Client or third-party or entity will recover any sum(s) of any kind. Any comments by Company (including all of its representatives, agents, and employees) on an outcome of any matter are expressions of opinion only with no promises or guarantees of any kind.
A. Client is paying for Services provided, not for any result or outcome. No guarantees or representations, expressed or implied, are made as to accuracy, veracity, or predictability. Services must not be relied upon in place of legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, psychological counseling, therapy, and/or medical treatment (this is not an inclusive list). Client understands and acknowledges that the Services are not a substitute for, including but not limited to, any of the following: legal, medical, financial, counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care, or health care intervention/ treatment of any kind. Company or any agent/ representative/ employee is not, and does not claim to be, a licensed attorney, accountant, medical or mental health professional. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional or medical doctor, it is Client’s responsibility to consult with that person regarding the Services. If at any time Client feels the need for professional counseling or medical advisement, Client agrees to promptly seek the assistance of a licensed professional. In addition, Client understands that participating in Services includes risks associated with a challenging program of personal or professional development, including the possibility of mental or emotional upset, as well, as any risks that may not be foreseeable at this time. By signing this Agreement and participating in Services, Client freely and voluntarily assumes all such risks. Client further understands and acknowledges that desired or anticipated results may not be achieved, and Client takes full responsibility for their results, personal health, physical health, financials, well-being, actions, and/or decisions. COMPANY AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES MAKE NO GUARANTEE, REPRESENTATION, OR WARRANTY AS TO ANY RESULTS OR OUTCOMES THAT CLIENT MAY ATTAIN THROUGH SERVICES. To prepare for your COACHING SESSION please be in a quiet space where you are not going to be interrupted and can speak freely, as I will be as well.

I do not tape the sessions, and sessions CAN NOT be taped or recorded. It is recommended that you take notes during the session.
In coaching, I can use coaching tools alone or blend spiritual tools with the coaching tools.
I coach individuals and couples. Individual coaching sessions are 1 hour. Couple coaching sessions are usually 2 hours.
In your first coaching session I usually start with your Blueprint that is customized to you regarding the subject or subjects you want to work on. I do this by identifying your Obstacles, Lessons and Patterns with a blend of coaching and spiritual prayer and reading. If you don’t know where to start we can see what shows up with spirit. Other subjects or areas that you haven’t asked about may also show up. Whether you want to work on them is up to you.
In your first coaching session I also say a prayer of protection and grounding. In other sessions I may do this as well. I will ground you as well as myself putting white light/energy of protection around both you and me, in case any spirits do show up. While I am praying I will see clairvoyant visions in a form as a picasco vision as I tell them to you. They don't always make sense as I see them, but I will interpret the visions as I am conducting the reading.
Sessions thereafter, I will start with what happened for the week with your Positives, Negatives and AH-HA moments. You may choose to write this down in a journal, fill out a worksheet or jot this information down prior to your session, to see your personal and/or professional growth.
Coaching sessions can have a specific topic and exercise or can be organic as spirit directs us where to go from what has happened during the week.
If you would like a 10 min reading at the end of your session to see if any energy lines have changed we can do that, but please state that at the beginning of the session.
No reading is 100%, only GOD is.
I read the past, present and future realities.
Please keep in mind that future realities can shift and change, as everyone has free will and choices. I am reading the energy lines being presented at the time of the reading. If the energy line stays the same, that may be the outcome. If not, then a different outcome could happen. There can be multiple future energy lines out there. I call it the energy highway. When I read, I pulled down future realities from the energy highway. This is why, another reader may see the same future reality I see or something different. The last 5 mins of your session, we will discuss any homework given and verify next appointment scheduled.
When scheduling your appointment, select how your appointment will be conducted by either Phone or GoToMeeting. If you do not make a selection how the session will be conducted, it will automatically default to a Phone session.
Coaching and Reading sessions are by TELEPHONE, unless requested by GoToMeeting.
You will call me at 760-814-9324 for a phone reading on the day of your reading session at your appointment time.
You will meet me on the GoToMeeting platform for a GoToMeeting for your reading session at your appointment time. The GoToMeeting url is on the scheduler confirmation and that is emailed to you when you scheduled your appointment.
Please make sure that you provide accurate contact information when booking a coaching session so that Hillary can contact you at your scheduled appointment time for your coaching session, if you are late.
The average length of time my clients coach with me is 2 years. The least amount is 1 year. The longest is 5 years and continuing.
As clients have different objectives, needs and desires to their own personal growth, clients that manifest their desires continue their coaching to hold the space of what they have manifested and to obtain new goals.
How long will we work together in coaching will depend on your goals, objectives, needs and desires toward your personal growth, as well as how you process through your blocks, obstacles, lessons and patterns.
You determine what coaching package you choose and clients that want to manifest their desires continue their coaching to hold the space of what they have manifested and to obtain new goals.
The number of sessions you will need will depend on the work that want to get through and the amount of growth you do. This is individualized and specific to your unique needs. You want a shift and change for the better, will be determined on you and the amount of effort you are will to put into yourself as well as your success.
There are a couple options for coaching;
You choose how long you would like to coach with me by the length of the coaching package you select.
At this time, I only offer VIP 1 on 1 (12) month Spiritual Coaching Package or 1 on 1 (1) hour Spiritual Coaching Session with me.
Once the VIP one coaching package or individual 1-hour Spiritual Coaching Session is purchased, there are no refunds. All sales are final.
12-month Spiritual Coaching Package sessions is comprised of a total of 48 (1) hour coaching sessions and 48 (15) min check-ins. The package is designed to have 4 (1) hr Spiritual Coaching Sessions and 4 (15) min check-ins per 30 days for the length of the coaching package purchased at your pace for the best results.
Missed coaching sessions must be used within the 30 days or will be forfeited. Missed coaching sessions for the week may be moved to the next week or added to the next coaching session, as long as it is within the 30 days. Unused sessions and check-ins DO NOT roll to the next month.
12 Month Spiritual Coaching Package - Signed Contract for 12 months paid in full prior to starting the coaching package or paid in 12 monthly payments.
1-hour Spiritual Coaching Sessions - frequency dependent on you when you pay in advance for you session and schedule/book your session for the speed of growth you desire.
1-hour Spiritual Coaching Sessions do offer the client to get clarity in a particular part of their life and see obstacles, lessons and patterns to shift. Individual Spiritual Coaching sessions do not work at the same speed at the VIP 1 on 1 Spiritual Coaching Package.
If you're not sure if you want to embark on a 12-month Spiritual Coaching Package, you are welcome to schedule a complementary 1-hour coaching session.
When you are buying for a friend/partner/person who knows that you are buying the session or package for them and they are excited to do the session and work with me by telephone or in person, then yes you can buy coaching sessions for someone else.
It can not be a surprise gift as they have to want to, be ready and show up to do the work.
A. CHANGING PAYMENT DATES. Monthly Subscription Payment date may be changed at least 14 days prior to monthly recurring payment charge. Email info@askhillaryblack.com with the new payment date requested. Once the current payment date is changed to the new payment date, the client will be charged monthly on the new payment date going forward.
A. ONE TIME PAUSE. Client may pause Services for either the 12 Month VIP Spiritual Coaching Package – Paid in Full or the 12 Month Spiritual Coaching Package - Paid Monthly only one (1) time during the 12-month period for thirty (30) days, by providing all of the following:
1) a phone call to Hillary Black at +1-760-814-9324
2) a written email to info@askhillaryblack.com
3) the start date of the thirty (30) day pause
4) the end date the pause which will reactivate the Services
On the 31st day, Company will email Client that the program has been reactivated.
5) Client must book their next appointment within 3 days of reactivation to receive their appointment for that week.
If the client does not schedule the following weekly session within the first 3 days after the pause the termination policy goes into effect.
The thirty (30) day period that was paused, will be added to the end of The Program, extending the Term of the Agreement from 12 months to 13 months.
A. 72-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. Client may cancel the Spiritual Coaching Package without penalty or obligation, with the exception of credit card fees or any other fees incurred by the Company, by providing all of the following: . 1) Email Company a signed and dated written notice, prior to midnight of the third (3rd) calendar day, after the effective date of this Agreement. Client’s notice must be emailed directly to info@askhillaryblack.com. 2) Client must also call Hillary Black at +1-760-814-9324 within the 72-hour cancellation period for the request to be honored by the Company. Notices ONLY by phone call OR email are NOT acceptable.
B. CANCELLING/SKIPPING. With advance notice to the Company, Client may SKIP the week’s Session and Check-In. That Session and Check-In can then be rescheduled to the following week, or the scheduled appointment for the following week can be extended from one (1) hour to two (2) hours and be booked as a two (2) hour session, by providing all of the following:.
1) At least48 hours in advance written notice by email to.info@askhillaryblack.com
2) Calling Hillary Black at 760-814-9324.
3) Clients will reschedule their Coaching Session and Check In using the Company’s online scheduler at:https://askhillaryblack.com/bookonline.
Un-used Sessions and Un-used Check-Ins for the month DO NOT roll to the next month.
A. CANCELLATION POLICY. Should Client wish to cancel Services, Client must provide all of the following: . 1) First, mail written notice prior to the requested cancellation date to Ask Hillary Black. at 5857 Owens Avenue, Suite 300, Carlsbad, CA 92008. Notices by mail must be signed, dated, and postmarked at least five (45) days prior the requested cancellation effective date. 2) Second, Client must email info@askhillaryblack.com informing Company the notice has been mailed. Email notice alone is insufficient, and cancelation effective the requested cancellation date does not take effect until written notice is received by mail. Due to the unique nature of Company’s Services and the difficulty in calculating actual damages that may be incurred in the event of such cancellation, Company shall retain the Service Fees paid by Client for the cancelled Agreement. There will be no refund for any services rendered. When the Program is cancelled by the Client, at any time prior to the end of the Term of this Agreement, the Regular Session rate of $450 will be applied to each Spiritual Coaching and/or Intuitive Reading session rendered as each of these sessions will be considered a Regular Session and the package rates no longer apply. This will be calculated back to the Effective Date of the Program purchased in this Agreement.
A. TERMINATION POLICY. Company reserves the right to refuse to provide Services to anyone for any reason at any time. Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and/or limit, suspend, and/or terminate Client’s participation in any Services at any time with absolutely no refunds for Services rendered and without forgiveness of any Client Service Fee paid or owed to Company. No refund whatsoever for any services already rendered. Additionally, Client agrees and understands that Company, under its sole discretion, may also terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate Client’s participation in the Services without refund or forgiveness of payment (monthly or yearly) including and not limited to any of the following: 1) Client or their representative is disruptive or abusive to the Company which. always includes all its representatives, agents, and employees,
2) After missing 1 session without notifying the Company, and Client does not respond to three (3) Company using the Client’s Preferred Method of Contact listed in this Agreement.
3) Client fails to attend four (4) consecutive sessions with or without communication to Company. This is not applicable to Clients who implemented their One Time Pause of Services or because of Force Majure.
4) Client or Client’s representative breaches this Agreement and/or fails to act professionally and/or fails to maintain civil discourse.
Notice of termination to Client will be emailed to the email provided on this Agreement.
A. REFUNDS BY TERMINATION POLICY.
When the Program is terminated by either party, at any time prior to the package end date, the Regular Session rate of $450 will apply to each Spiritual Coaching and/or Intuitive Reading session rendered as each of these sessions will be considered a Regular Session and the package rates no longer apply. This will be calculated back to the Effective Date of the Program Purchased.
Exceptions are at the sole discretion of the company and will only be considered when the program is terminated by company due to reasons unrelated to the client. 1. For the 12 Month VIP Spiritual Coaching Package – Paid in Full, the additional amount will be $225 per session rendered.
2. For the 12 Month Spiritual Coaching Package – Paid Monthly, the additional amount will be $150 per session rendered.
If there is a positive remaining balance left over, Company will mail a check to Client which will be postmarked within 45 days of termination of the program.
If there is an outstanding balance, the credit card on file will automatically be charged. If there is no credit card on file, the Client will be billed and the balance will be due in 30 days. After 30 days, unpaid balances may be charged a 5% interest charge every 30 days until paid. Company reserved the right to seek recovery of any unpaid monies via a Collection Agency.

Please keep in mind that future realities can shift and change, as everyone has free will and choices. I am reading the energy lines being presented at the time of the reading. If the energy line stays the same, that may be the outcome. If not, then a different outcome could happen. There can be multiple future energy lines out there. I call it the energy highway. When I read, I pull down future realities from the energy highway. This is why, another reader may see the same future reality I see or something different. If you're doing an GOTO MEETING VIDEO CALL READING it is best to have daycare for your children and not present during your reading. If need to bring your child/ren to your reading, I will conduct your reading with your child/ren present. Please be aware with children present it can impact your reading.
I will have cleared the cards of all energies from the previous reading.
I will begin the reading with a prayer of protection and grounding. I will ground you, as well as me putting white light/energy of protection around both you and I, in case any spirits do show up. While I am praying I will see clairvoyant visions in a form as a picasco vision as I tell them to you. They don't always make sense as I see them, but I will interpret the visions as I am conducting the reading.
If you are conducting TELEPHONE READING or a GOTO MEETING VIDEO CALL READING then I will shuffle the tarot cards until I feel I should stop splitting them into a pile of 3, then putting them back into 1 pile after I conduct the prayer and grounding. I ask that you keep your mind open and clear while I am shuffling the cards. I will conduct a 5 to 15 minute general reading, reading your past, present and future. This allows you to know if I am (hitting it) connecting to spirit and for any messages for spirit to be passed on to you. Sometimes what you wanted to talk about will show up and be addressed. If not, the remaining time will be spent on your questions as I am consulting with spirit and use the pendulum if I am directed to so.

Only God is 100% accurate. Hillary cannot be 100% accurate because she is also reading your energy field and and there are choices you can make from that point in time. That depends on the person and their objective. When reading the energy surrounding the situation. If the energy shifted, then possible realities seen can also shift, as we have free will. Although some events may be said to be fated, we have free will and free will trumps fate. Everyone involved in the possible energy lines being read all have free will.

As we do our internal work shifting vibrationally, aligning our head and heart, others within that energy line will shift with us - up as we grow, sideways remaining in our lives for a reason and season or shift out completely and no longer in our lives. Yes I am a psychic medium and I can connect to loved ones on the other side, but certainly can not guarantee that I would in a session. Yes, I do conduct group readings known as a 2 HOUR INTUITIVE PARTY - CLIENT PAID located on the Intuitive Party Page .
For example, if 4 people related or non-related wanted to all have readings while in a group, I can conduct readings for all 4 of them separately, in the same room or together while in the same room. Each person would get 30 minutes to equal a 2-hour reading.
I can offer Group Readings by Phone, GoTo Meeting Video Call or In Person.
A (2) hr Intuitive Party pd by the Client. Reading up to 12 people within 2 hours. For example;
12 people - each person getting a 10-minute reading
10 people - each person getting a 12-minute reading
8 people - each person getting a 15-minute reading
6 people - each person getting a 20-minute reading
4 people - each person getting a 30-minute reading.
A 2-hour minimum for intuitive parties. A 4-hour maximum for intuitive reading parties.
A 2-hour Intuitive party rate is $900.
Each additional hour is $300 adding up to 6 additional people for each hour to be read.
Party rate includes a one-way travel radius of 50 miles from Carlsbad, California. After 50 miles travel time is $50 per hour thereafter.
Parties outside of the San Diego County area, Orange County area, Los Angeles County area, host is to pay travel and lodging in addition to the party rate.
