A client (you) pays for the time spent for the consultation, reading, or service provided, NOT for any result or outcome.  No refunds are provided.  No guarantees or representations, expressed or implied, are made as to accuracy, veracity, or predictability.  No consultation, reading, or service with Hillary Black should be considered to be or relied upon in place of legal advice, financial advice, psychological counseling, therapy, and/or medical treatment. Please seek the advice of a trained professional: a lawyer for legal advice, a financial advisor or accountant for financial advice, a psychologist or mental health counselor for therapy, and/or medical doctor (physician) about any medical or psychiatric advice or health concerns. Once you have schedule your online appointment, please be aware of the time you have scheduled specifically for you. If you are late for a phone session  or reading, your appointment length will not be extended or increased to make up the time you have missed, to respect the next person’s time. To give you as much information as possible it is important that appointments are to be kept on time. 


Appointments may be re-scheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, on the online scheduler. If you are having issues rescheduling your appointment prior to 24 hours in advance, please text or call +1-760-814-9324 for scheduling help.

Spiritual Coaching Packages consist of (4) 1 hr sessions per month and (4) 15 min check-ins, for 12 months Spiritual Coaching Package purchased and must be scheduled on the online scheduler. All (4) 1 hr sessions and (4) 15 min check-ins must be used within 30 days of the 1st day of your coaching month and do not roll over to the next month. You must use the (4) 1 hr Spiritual Coaching sessions and (4) 15 min check-ins within 30 days or you loose them. The date of your coaching month every month, is the day you purchased your Spiritual Coaching package. The months with 31 days your coaching month start the day before your purchase date. This information can be found on your account on the online scheduler.


C A N C E L A T I O N S  A N D  R E F U N D S


Appointments canceled less than 24 hours of appointment time or no-shows for phone or in-person consultations will be charged the full amount of session, consultation, reading, or service, as others could have used that appointment time.


If you have purchased a coaching package or intuitive reading package all sales are final. No refunds

We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. Ask Hillary Black knows that you care how your personal information is used and shared. We appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. By visiting, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We do not rent or sell your name, address, email address, or personal information to any third party. We will not disclose any personal, private, or confidential information without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction; we are legally compelled to cooperate fully should a situation occur where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a client.  Since offerings, situations, and technologies change, we reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy for changes.




We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our website server. All other data transfer is conducted through a secure phone line.

If you have purchased from us and have opted in to our email list and special notices, we will occasionally send to you, via email, notice of special sales and new products. If you have opted into our email list and decide you no longer wish to receive the emails, you may let us know by checking the opt-out portion of any special email. We cannot block your receipt of an online order. There may be an occasion when we share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic information in aggregate form with our marketing partners, advertisers, or other third parties for research. Under no circumstance do we share anything particular about you or your purchases. However, we may share things such as the number of clients who purchased a specific product. If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered with us, or purchased from us, or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We use cookies to record the visitor's session information such as the visitor's shopping selections when ordering. For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or email address. We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
